bio
silas carter (b. 1996) is a creative director, curator, and multidisciplinary artist based in colorado. his work spans the fields of video, sculpture, installation, and immersive art.
silas attended the university of denver (2019). he holds a degree in emergent digital practices with minors in marketing and leadership. he has shown his work in both public and gallery settings across colorado and collaborated on large scale immersive installations.
silas’ fine art background has allowed him the opportunity to explore curation and gallery management since the completion of his undergraduate degree.
silas loves all things inflatable, especially hot air balloons. he is currently in pursuit of earning his pilots license. he will be the third generation of carter to fly the colorado state flag hot air balloon, “colorado high”.
